Why?

The stars in the sky,
And the nights flying by,
But the days never die,
And still we cry,
Why do we try and try?

I have to keep my strength,
Or fall to my doom.
I have to hide my weakness,
Or i'll die to soon.
I have to show my love,
Or i'll be alone like the moon.
I have to share my secrets,
Or i'll find my tomb.

Music is life,
Without it we wouldn't thrive.
The world would take a dive.
Music is faith,
Without it we wouldn't survive.
It is our drive.
